below and complete this quick form. This will ensure we have everything
we need so our team can hit the ground running.
Client Actions
Step 1 – Set up a Google Ads Account
Please set up your Google Ads Account. If you already have an account set up, you can skip to Step 2.
1. Choose Admin Email: Please let us know which email address you'd like to use as the administrator for your Google Ads account.
2. Accept Invitation: Once we receive your preferred email address, we'll send you an invitation to access your new Google Ads Account. Keep an eye on your inbox (including the promotions tab) for this invitation email and click "Accept" when you receive it.
3. Sign In: After accepting the invitation, visit https://ads.google.com/home/ and sign in using the same email address you provided for admin access.
4. Access Billing Setup: Navigate to the left menu and locate the billing icon. Click on it to access the billing setup.
5. Set Up Payments Profile: In the billing setup section, you'll have the option to create a new payments profile or update an existing one. Follow the prompts to add your payment information and configure your billing preferences

Step 2 – Provide Google Access
Give our team access to your Google Platforms so we can set up the goals and tracking correctly.
If you do not have an account for any of the platforms listed, we can help you create them.
Google Ads
1. Sign in to Google Ads Manager: Go to https://ads.google.com/ and sign in with your Google Ads Manager credentials (the email address associated with your Google Ads Manager account).
2. Take note of your 10-digit Customer ID: It is located at the top right corner of your screen.
3. Copy the 10-digit Account ID: Share this information with your image.works account rep as they will need to send a request from the agency account. The next part of the Google Ads account-sharing process requires your approval.
4. Approve Google Ads Access Request: Once the image.works team sends a request from their MCC, you will receive an email via the email account used to access Google Ads. If you do not see an email from Google, follow the instructions below.
5. You will have a pending request to link your account: Visit https://google.com/ads to access Google Ads Manager.
6. Click the "Tools and Settings" Drop-down List and Select "Access and Security"
7. Click on Managers
8. Approve Access
9. Email your image.works account rep and let them know that you have provided admin access. We will double-check our access and follow up if we are missing anything.
Google Analytics 4
1. Go to https://google.com/analytics
2. Sign in.
3. Click Admin (gear icon in bottom left).
4. Account Settings > Account Access Management.
5. Click Blue + Icon in top right > Add users.
6. For email enter imageworksdirect@gmail.com.
7. Standard roles > select Admin (or at least editor).
8. Click blue "Add" button on top right.
Google Tag Manager
1. Go to https://tagmanager.google.com/
2. Click gearbox icon on right of domain to go into settings.
3. Click User Management.
4. Click Blue + Icon in top right > Add users.
5. For email enter imageworksdirect@gmail.com.
6. Check all four boxes under "Container Permissions".
7. Hit the blue "Invite" button in top right.
Google My Business
1. Go to https://www.google.com/business/
2. Sign in / Manage Now.
3. Click the See your profile button on the right of your business listing.
4. On the top middle, next to "profile strength", click the 3 vertical dot icons.
5. Select > Business Profile Settings > People and access > Click small blue Add Icon.
6. For email enter imageworksdirect@gmail.com.
7. Select manager and click invite.
Search Console
1. Go to https://search.google.com/search-console
2. Go to domain property.
3. On left menu scroll down to Settings.
4. Under General Settings, click "Users and permissions".
5. Click blue button that says "ADD USER".
6. email enter imageworksdirect@gmail.com.
7. Select full permission and hit "ADD".
Step 3 – Google Account Verification
Please verify your Google Accounts if you have not already. If you need assistance with this step, please contact your image.works Account Manager directly.
1. Go to https://google.com/ads
2. Sign in
3. Select the Google Ads account: (###-###-#### “Institution Name”)
4. the left, click the Billing icon
5. Navigate to Advertiser Verification
6. Follow steps to get started
a. Must upload front and back of ID
b. Provide EIN
c. Upload one of the documents required on the
list

7. Wait 3-5 days for approval
Step 4 – Add Payment Method
Add in your Google Billing Information. Your Monthly Google Ad Spend will come directly from this payment method as image.works does not upcharge ad spend. It goes straight to Google.
1. Go to https://google.com/ads
2. Sign in
3. On the left, click the Billing icon
4. Go to Payment Methods
5. Click on "ADD PAYMENT METHOD"
6. Select either "add credit or debit card" or "add a bank account"
7. Add the required information and hit save
